About the project

Invited by Carré Rive Gauche, Ficus developed the visual communication for the 48th edition of L’Objet Extraordinaire, the association’s annual event dedicated to art, antiques and design. Located in one of the last historic districts in the world devoted to galleries, antiquaires and collectible objects, Carré Rive Gauche brings together an exceptional range of practices, from Renaissance antiquities and Art Deco furniture to contemporary design, Asian art and rare objects. For this edition, Ficus created a visual system applied across invitations, posters and printed materials, building a graphic language capable of connecting the diversity of the participating galleries while preserving the cultural and historic character of the event.
